(i) Strong Vision for the Gang:
I want to lead Los Nómadas because I have a clear vision of making the gang the most respected and feared group in the city. My leadership would focus on expanding our influence through strategic alliances, dominating key territories, and creating a reputation that embodies loyalty, strength, and success.
(ii) Experience and Leadership Skills:
Because I'm already a High command in EMS I have experience in organizing and managing teams. both in combat and strategic planning. I know how to inspire members, keep morale high, and ensure everyone has a role that contributes to the gang’s success. As a leader, I can efficiently coordinate missions, assign tasks, and resolve conflicts to maintain harmony within the gang. Also I'm aware of all the ghetto rules and all other rules of rp.

I would emphasize realistic roleplay in daily activities, conflicts, and gang events. Members should act according to their characters’ personalities, strengths, and weaknesses, which enhances the authenticity of the gang's presence in the RP world.
(iii) Organize Regular RP Events:
I would host events like gang meetings, recruitment drives, or missions that require teamwork and strategy. These events can help members bond and give outsiders a glimpse of the gang's strength, improving engagement.
