2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
Answers :-
1) I started my career in the Government and I am completed 6 term in Government. In this journey of mine, I have worked on many important posts of the Government like Minister, Chief Minister, Deputy Governor. Currently i am working in media as a Director of a Journalism Department.I also have good knowledge of work management besides I have a good knowledge of the rules and regulations of the Government and the way of working.
2) I have many good suggestions for the city and the government, There are many things in my mind that need to be improvement & i also have some creative ideas which can be implemented only after becoming the Governor.
3) At this time, the city needs such a governor who has good knowledge of government work and server rules and regulations and does not indulge in any kind of corruption or nepotism and he believes in equality. If I get a chance, I will take care of all these things and will try to bring maximum improvement in the government under my leadership.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
My Suggestion:-
I will organize a promotion and bonus ceremony every week in which hardworking employees will be rewarded for their hard work and they will be motivated to do better work.
-> To maintain better coordination between the government and citizens and other organizations, I will try to organize at least Two event every week.I have a lot of unique ideas for events and I am very excited to implement them during my tenure.
-> I will inspect the city law enforcement organization and state organization at least 3 times a week and will give award to the best organization after every 2 weeks so that other organizations will also get inspiration to do good work.
-> I will try to make the system of the Department of Justice as easy as possible so that citizens can get justice quickly and I will try to ensure that attorneys are available in the city for most of the time.
-> I will be meeting once a week with my high command and leaders of other state organisations to make improvements and we decide future goals and make strategies to achieve them.
-> Training sessions will be held 3 times a week for USSS agents in which their seniors will give them training on things like rules and regulations, convoy training, event security training, shooting training etc which will greatly improve their skills.
