as you can see, Kiran was previously dismissed multiple times and her roles were also removed by the General. However, her recent dismissal request was deleted, and instead of being removed from the Army, she was only demoted to Colonel. "Dismiss" generally means removal from the Army, but here she was just demoted. The stated reason was "on leave," yet there is no leave request in any department's channel. Also, a "comeback reason" and "rank history" were recently added. Kiran has been dismissed around 3 to 4 times already. As per the 22nd May audit log, the General had removed her role, and then later it was re-added. This can be clearly seen in that day’s audit log.
