Ans. 1. I have much leadership experience as I was the under deputy of losnomdas and i have all gang experience at high rank like og and i now how to handle all players and how to push it top 1
2. I want to make a positive impact. I don’t just want the title—I actually want to improve things, bring more unity, activity, and fun to the organization. I believe a strong leader can really change the vibe for everyone.
3. I believe in fair and team-based leadership. I help all the player and i will support that player who are correct and give him motivation and i treat all players equal.

Ans. 1. Regular events: Organize planned raids, meetings, deals, or surprise interactions. This keeps members active and gives everyone a reason to stay involved in proper RP.
2. Promotions and bonuses:- Promotions and bonuses were based on the hard work of every member and they get bonus and promotions if they attend events and they support us.
3. Set a good example: Leader should always support there members and trust on them and follow all rp rules and maintain discipline in org.
4. We will do meeting everyone three days so who have best suggestion to improve our gang so I will take action on it.
