Having been an active part of the community for a significant period, I’ve developed a strong attachment to Liberty Gang and have always believed in its potential to rise as a dominant and respected organization. My previous roles as Deputy of both Liberty and Los Nomadas have given me valuable experience in leadership, strategy, and community engagement. These experiences helped me understand how to manage a gang effectively, balance responsibilities, and maintain a healthy and engaging environment. My motivation to lead Liberty Blue comes from a genuine desire to build on the solid foundation that exists and help the gang reach new heights.

I believe that a successful gang doesn’t just focus on criminal achievements—it must also ensure that roleplay is at the heart of everything we do. I'm committed to making sure every operation we undertake is well-planned, immersive, and contributes meaningfully to our shared narrative. By balancing strategic criminal activities with strong, story-driven roleplay, we can keep the experience exciting, inclusive, and rewarding for all members. Under my leadership, teamwork, respect, and loyalty will be core values that shape everything we do.

One of my key goals is to strengthen and expand our territory through regular, well-organized operations. These will include both defensive and offensive strategies aimed at securing our turf and expanding our influence. I also want to invest in our members—training, mentoring, and educating everyone about both roleplay standards and crime rules to ensure we operate smoothly and with integrity. With a focus on discipline, unity, and growth, I aim to lead Liberty Gang into a new era of dominance and recognition within the community.

I will introduce regular weekly meetings where all members can come together to discuss current plans, turf updates, RP opportunities, and personal character developments. These meetings will be held in-character when possible, creating consistent chances for immersion, and followed by OOC updates to keep everyone aligned.
2. A Clear Chain of Command:
We will reinforce a well-defined hierarchy with clear ranks, roles, and responsibilities. This helps with both IC discipline and OOC clarity. Members will know who to report to, who handles what, and how they can progress within the gang—this boosts immersion and respect within the RP environment.
3. IC Recruitment and Interview Process:
New members will be brought in through an immersive IC interview and initiation process. This not only filters for commitment and RP quality but also makes joining the gang feel like a meaningful event, not just a casual acceptance.
4. Role-Specific Positions (IC Jobs):
Members will have assigned roles based on their skills or preferences—enforcer, strategist, recruiter, lookout, driver, and so on. This gives characters distinct identities and responsibilities, encouraging diverse styles of RP.
5. Task-Oriented RP Assignments:
Each week, members will receive IC "assignments" based on ongoing storylines—like scouting rival activity, collecting intel, or handling internal issues. These tasks keep players active and give them constant RP objectives tied to the gang’s growth.
