2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
i. I want to be the leader of PD Because I've spent a considerable amount of time in PD, and I have spent a lot of time in all state organizations and I think I am ready for a more challenging experience and the best way would be to take a Leadership.
ii. I have seen PD working continuously ever since I joined the world of RP, I plan on taking a term and taking the legacy forward and make PD one of the more active Organizations in the City.
iii. PD is one of the most Responsible organisation in the city to maintain law and order. As a PD leader I will listen to the citizen and their issues and will try to solve all the problems of the city.
3.Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
i. No groupism: now in my terms both legal and crime i seen that some people try to take over org by getting there whole family in the org and then becoming very active so org get depend on them after that if leader punish them or anyone else dose they mass leave the org so i will change that i will not let any one do groupism in my org
ii. better training program: i have said lots of time if i get PD or any org i will include basic knowledge of legislation into training as i seen lot of agents do mistake like cuffing a first person and other things
iii .Bonding : i already told this in all my application and will say again if agents only come for money or ranks then how do i expect to trust them when we are in bad situation so if i get any new agents i will make sure to have good talk and bonds to make emotional connection with them
