Subject: Complaint Against Marco Spencer for Disrespect and False Allegation
Dear Hospital Administration,
I would like to bring to your attention a serious issue involving our staff member Marco Spencer. During a recent conversation concerning professional communication standards within the organization, Marco's conduct crossed the line into disrespectful dialogue, false accusations, and a dismissive tone toward fellow colleagues and his superior.
Background:
This situation stems from an earlier issue with Shristi Jhawar, where I, as Deputy, issued a reminder about maintaining professionalism in general chat. During the conversation, due to accumulated stress and her dismissive attitude, I unintentionally said:
Me : Alright, from now, you are not in org. You can leave.
I fully acknowledge this was a moment of misjudgment, and I take responsibility for those words. It was not intended as an official removal but rather an expression of frustration. I sincerely regret the wording and request that this not be taken as an abuse of power.
Issue with Marco Spencer
Marco: Sir but on what grounds you asking to leave?
Me: Disrespect to Deputy.
Marco: Sir no offence but as far as I am seeing chat she didn't.
Me: “What do you think about it? She said ‘I'm not your buddy, bro, brother.
Prince Meennusan: “She was, don't come to support.
Marco: Hey don't come in between. If you have problem, first let me finish talk with Kavi sir. I'm not here for support.
Marco: She was trying to make a professional effect where she don't wanna be pronounced as bro maybe.
Me: No space for maybe. If the word is affecting or offensive, then no space for maybe or mistake.
Prince Meennusan: Good boy go to sleep and Chief is sleeping. Kavi already tired, stop all the chats and take rest.
Marco: What the hell you mean by good boy?
Me: You all have to be professional and be motivational with citizens. If again I see this type of conversation between citizens, the employee will get punishment without warning or reminding.
Marco: Don't try to pull up this shit with me. In the afternoon one tried, ask him the taste of pulling this shit with me.
Me: What are you doing?
Marco: In the first I didn't even take his name. He again and again came in between with provoking words.
Marco: And sir, when he wrote this, you didn't even care to say anything. Isn't this favoritism?
Me: Wait for my reply too. I was already asleep.
Marco No, but when he pulled up with that good boy shit you didn't say anything. I am asking.
Note: I already warn the employee prince menushan on the spot when I notice prince wrong manner msg..
Me: I will handle you both later. Now the topic will close. If anybody opens or replies to past messages, the organization will take severe action.
Summary of Violations:
False Allegation of Favoritism: Marco directly accused me of favoritism toward Prince Meennusan without proper basis, simply because I hadn’t yet responded due to being asleep.
Disrespectful Language: His use of phrases such as “pull up this shit with me” and “ask him the taste of pulling this shit” is unacceptable, especially when directed toward colleagues and superiors...
Disruption of Chain of Command: Rather than respectfully communicating, Marco made assumptions and continued to provoke the situation
Escalation Instead of Resolution: Instead of contributing to a solution, Marco’s tone and language escalated the conflict unnecessarily.
Conclusion
Such behavior severely impacts the working environment. Accusing a Deputy of favoritism, using abusive language and showing disregard for leadership reflects a lack of discipline and respect. I request the administration to investigate this matter seriously and take necessary disciplinary action to ensure such incidents do not repeat
I am also open to any internal review of my own actions in this matter. I acted out of tiredness and stress in one instance but have tried to maintain professionalism throughout the remainder of the situation
