1. Why do you want to become an assistant?
Assistantance to citizens : I want to provide my service to citizens and maintain a fair environment in city also to boost role experience of all the citizens.
2. What are your strengths?
(A). Strong Willingness: I strongly want to become a assistant admin because without will it is hard to achieve dreams and also without any will you cannot perform properly and you feel tired between it but if you have will you can enjoy your work. 'where is a will there is a way'
(B). Communication skills: I can communicate with any one also with strangers and Communication skill important for teamwork and i believe sometimes in some situations admins have to do teamwork.
(C). Loyalty and fairness: I believe to be loyal in any condition and not on favoritism and corruption.
(D). Helpful and supportive : I enjoy helping people, especially newcomers. I’m patient and make sure others feel welcome and supported—qualities that are important for a good assistant admin.
3. What are your biggest weaknesses?
(A). Overthinking: Some times in some situations I mistakely overthink about it but after some time realize it and correct my mistakes and also it does not affect my admin duty I will be careful.
(B). Anger : In some unwanted situations I become little angry about it but it does not affect my admin duty and I will be calm on my duty.
