Again HP deputy Kavitamil rp doing Kavitamil rp doing Favoritism and making Conflict situation again. I waited for Chief Of HP to taking action against him but he didn't took anykind of action against him till now may he is also doing Favoritism, so i came here to get a fair justice.
A guy who is DC of LT department is breaking the internal rules of HP and i caught him breaking the rules and i got the proof against him then I provided i warning for his mistake with the valid proof in warning channel and Due to some privacy reason i cropped the Proof but i already took permission from another deputy Mr. Ivan Pluxury and he gave me permission to provide him warn. after few minutes after i provided warning to that guy Kavitamil rp came and saying by tagging me in HC chat that delete this warning and post with the Full proof without editing it, Which is obvious he can say because he don't know the reason why i edited the proof. I replied him sir due to some privacy reason i cannot provide full proof in warning channel if you still want to see the full proof so i can provide in VC and i already got the permission from another deputy but he denied to see the proof in VC then he told me revoke his warning or provide full proof. Then i clearly said no to him and told him that sir I'm not going to delete this as its clearly visible that he is doing the rule break in that proof. Then he himself revoked his warning by saying invalid proof but its clearly visible in that proof which i provided in warning channel that he is doing rule break. Which shows he is clearly doing favoritism. Then another deouty Mr. Ivan came in HC chat and told him that the proof is valid she already showed me full proof i already gave him permission and if still want to see that proof then she is ready to show proof in VC go and check.
Then Kavitamil rp started doing arguing with Mr. Ivan that she need to put in warning channel is she don't want to put then she cannot provide warning and many more. Which shows lack of professionalism that both deputy are doing arguing in front of their high command. In the end Mr. Ivan strictly asked that guy who is braking rule that you did this or not then in first he denied then Mr. Ivan told him that if you lied again then you'll get 2 warning and demotion for laying to me and if you say the truth then you'll get only 1 warning which she provides, Then he admitted.
