1. My Experience and Service:
I have served as a Captain in the Police Department, Deputy Head of Department in the FBI, Minister in the Government, Commander in the Army, and Deputy Head of Journalism in the Media Department. These positions have taught me discipline, responsibility, and strong leadership skills. This experience makes me capable of leading any organization with understanding and efficiency.
2. Multi-Department Knowledge:
Working in various departments has given me in-depth knowledge of both IC (In-Character) and OOC (Out-of-Character) systems. I know how to take the right decisions in different situations, which allows me to manage the department effectively and set an example of good roleplay.
3. Vision and Commitment to Fair RP:
I’m not just aiming for a position—I want to build a system where every player gets a fair RP experience, where team members are respected and given growth opportunities, and where the entire city feels law and order. I will ensure a balance between professionalism and fun in RP so every player enjoys and learns at the same time.
3. Your Advice for Improving Role Play in the Organization:
We will conduct regular city patrols to ensure public safety and build trust in law enforcement.
New joiners will be trained IC and OOC by experienced trainers to ensure quality RP from the beginning.
I will host weekly meetings (IC/OOC) to assess performance, address issues, and promote communication standards.
Officers will be regularly sent to ghetto patrols and checkpoints to help maintain peace and generate better RP opportunities.
We will recognize and reward officers through promotion ceremonies and bonuses to boost morale and dedication.
All officers will be required to use radio codes professionally and follow general RP rules to uphold high standards.
PD officers will display professionalism in every situation, especially while approaching or arresting suspects — reinforcing the department's image and RP quality.
