Ans. I completed my training with FBI in the beginning and worked for a long time other than this I'm a former Attorney General and during this time I learned a lot from the (DOJ) department of Justice and I got a lot of experience of role player, Penal codes and server rules. As per my experience I'm sure I can handle PD leadership very smoothly.
Ans. My goal is to train individuals to perform, so they can experience the full depth of what RP has to offer.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
Ans. Create a team to monitor officers' behaviour and ensure fair promotions and making a clear path for new joiners thus building a bridge between new players and the officers
Ans. Set up a clearer system for handling cases to make the legal side of RP more realistic.
Ans. I will make sure to conduct a weekend meeting with all the team and offers rewards for good performance and hard work to keep officers motivated and engaged.
