2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
1. I have gained experience serving as Senior Officer for the FBI under the leadership of Mr. Marlega sir for one term and i also served as Chief of Staff and Assistant Director in the two terms of Mr. Gandhi sir and currently i am serving as Executive Assistant Director in both the terms of Mr. Arvind sharma sir.
I have a strong understanding of the game and i have good experience to train new players. I help them grasp the rules and regulations of Role Play and the importance of developing an in-game personality for their character. I also encourage players to engage in fair RP and follow RP rules.
2. During my experience in the FBI, I have learned many valuable skills, such as how to manage Agents, effectively communicate with players and solve there problems .
I have made many good connections with players and tried to solve there problem being it game mechanics or IC issues
3. I will try to educate players how to do fair RP so that it will give fair chance to other players also as they can also enjoy playing the game without getting pissed off.
I am playing this game from last 5-6 months so i had made many great rp experiences with players. So i hope i will be able to handle the police department smoothly.
3. Your advice for improving Role Play in the organization.
For improving role play we will be doing regular patrolling in the city so that every citizen can feel safe and believe in law enforcement.
New joiners take training in ic and ooc so that they can also create a good role play experience.
New joiners get good training with the highly qualified trainers at time so they also learn to perform a better role play.
I will be conducting meeting in every weekend in ic/ooc to know about that how well they are doing and when pd visit any events so they do communication with professionalism.
We will also make sure that officers are taken to ghetto patrollings and check points so that we can maintain that peace in city. It will also help to perform better role play. We will be conducting promotion ceremonies by appreciating officers hardwork and dedication. I will be giving bonus to motivate officers
We will insure that Officers must communicate in professional way by using radio codes in proper way and by following all general rules we perform a better and sufficient role play.
Pd officers will also show there professionalism while approaching the suspect or while arresting the suspect so in this way I improve the role in police department.
