1. Why do you want to become an assistant?
1. I want to become an assistant admin because I’ve been part of this server for a while now, and it’s honestly become one of my favorite places to spend time. I’ve seen how things work behind the scenes and I respect how much effort goes into keeping things smooth and fair. I feel like I’m at a point where I can step up and help out too. I’m someone who stays calm, tries to see both sides in any situation, and I’m not quick to judge. I’ve been in enough situations in the game to understand how important it is to have admins who listen, support players, and keep things organized without making it feel too strict. I’d love the chance to be one of those people players can rely on.
2. What excites me most is bringing in fresh ideas to keep the RP fun and creative. I’ve got some cool concepts in mind, like custom storylines, mini events, or themed RP nights that could get everyone involved and bring the community closer. I know how important it is to keep the game engaging, and I’m always open to suggestions from others too — it’s about building something together. I’m not trying to act like I know everything, but I do care a lot about this server and the people in it, and I’m ready to put in the time and effort to help it grow in a good way.
2. What are your strengths?
1. One of my biggest strengths is my leadership experience across nearly every major organization in the server. I’ve taken on high command roles in government as the Minister of State, in the PD as a Division Captain, and in the media as an HR lead — each one has helped me develop strong communication and decision-making skills. Being trusted with these roles shows that I’m dependable and capable of handling responsibility. I’ve learned how to manage people, keep things organized, and handle tough situations calmly and fairly. These positions aren’t just titles — they’ve helped me grow into someone who can guide others and support a team effectively.
2. My another strength is my deep understanding of how different departments and factions work, from both legal and illegal sides. I’ve been HC in all the major gangs, as well as roles like LCPL in the Army and SWAT in the FBI. This gives me a balanced perspective — I know how both sides operate, what makes RP fun and realistic for players, and how to create fair opportunities for everyone. I know the rules well, and more importantly, I know how to apply them with logic and understanding. Whether it’s a gang war, a government event, or a tactical situation, I’ve seen it all and can help manage things smoothly.
3. I’m someone who’s very active and approachable. I like to help others, answer questions, and be a positive presence in the community. My experience in the hospital as an AP also shows I can stay patient, focused, and professional even in high-pressure RP moments. I’m not just here for the title — I enjoy contributing to the server in any way I can. Whether it’s organizing events, supporting new players, or making sure things stay fair and fun, I bring dedication, experience, and a real love for the game. I believe those qualities make me a strong candidate for the assistant admin role.
