1. Why do you want to become an admin?
I want to be an admin because I love helping people enjoy the server. I’ve been a citizen and High command in different organisation, so I know how things work here. I’ve made lots of friends from all over, and I think that can help me make the server better. I’m good at listening and solving problems, and I’d love to help new players feel welcome while keeping the community fun and fair. I have an excellent experience of this city and knowledge that may help new commers in this city. I have done great RP throughout my RP life which helps me to guide another person to do correct and fabulous RP. Many new commers have doubts regarding RP, so i will be having powers to reach them and solve their doubts.
Being an admin would let me take on more responsibility. I want to give back and tackle the challenges of the role. Plus, I’d get to improve my skills, which I’m excited about.
Nothing beats seeing players have fun and hearing good feedback. I just want to help make RP Grand awesome for everyone, and being an admin feels like the perfect way to do that. I’m ready to jump in and do my best!

Quick Learner: I try to figure out how things work and catch up with it very fast.
Precise Decision Making: I try to make best decisions which would be possible at that time.
Loyalty: I am loyal to people who show trust at me.

Underconfidence: I really don't speak up even when it is necessary.
Overthinking: I overthink some situations and things get against me.
