1. I was the Deputy Leader of Vipers, Inferno, and Los Nomadas in the last term.
From that position, I learned how to manage and run a gang. This experience gave me the confidence and skills to lead successfully. I also understand all the Ghetto Rules and Regulations well. I am experienced in handling organizational work and have good communication and leadership skills.
2. I clearly understand what a leader should do.I know how to take responsibility make good decisions for the gang, and guide members in the right direction. I am choosing Los Nomadas because it's my favorite organization When I was a member, I was supported and helped by others. Now I want to return that support. If I become the leader, I will do my best to help every member grow and enjoy their RP experience.

I will improve roleplay in the following ways:
I will support new players who join RP Grand and those who want to become part of Los Nomadas.
I will help them understand the rules, especially the Ghetto Rules, so they enjoy fair and proper roleplay.
Even when I am offline, my deputy leaders and under-deputies will continue the work properly.
I will always treat members with respect. I won’t be rude or hurt anyone’s feelings, because that gives a bad image of the gang and the game.
