Leader for: Police Department
Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization?
  • To Create a Professional and Respected Police Force
I’ve seen how important structure and discipline are in maintaining law and order in RP. As Chief, I want to build a department where every officer is well-trained, confident, and respected. My goal is to set high standards—so that when people see CPD show up, they know things are going to be handled the right way, without chaos or confusion.
  • To Improve Roleplay Quality for Everyone
Police play a central role in almost every RP scenario—from simple traffic stops to major shootouts. I want to lead the department in a way that makes those interactions feel real and enjoyable for both cops and civilians. That means making sure we treat each scene with seriousness, fairness, and creativity—so everyone walks away from a scene feeling like it mattered.
  • To Give Officers a Real Chance to Grow
A lot of great players join the force but never get the support or leadership they deserve. I want to fix that. As Chief, I’ll make sure there’s a clear path for promotions, recognition for good work, and chances for every officer to lead or shine. When people feel valued, they stick around—and that’s how we build a strong, loyal team.
Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.

My advice would be to focus on quality over speed in every interaction. Too often, scenes are rushed just to "get it over with," and that kills the immersion. If we slow down a bit—talk more, ask questions, and act how real officers would—we can turn every situation into a memorable scene, not just a quick arrest or ticket.

Second, I think we should support newer officers more when they’re trying to learn proper police RP. Instead of calling them out for every small mistake, we can mentor them—show them how to do it right without making them feel embarrassed or left out. That way, we create a stronger department and better RP for everyone.

Lastly, we need to treat every character like they matter. Even if someone is playing a criminal, their role is just as important to the story. If we give them room to speak, negotiate, or interact instead of shutting things down instantly, it helps both sides enjoy the RP and keeps the community alive.
