2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation):
Reason 1: I want to be police department leader because I worked as Deputy chief of police in 8th term, commissioner in 7th term and Superintendent in 6th term of pd and I have knowledge of all RP rules and leader rules. I have great experience in Ghetto patrolling and Check point events and I organized Ghetto patrolling and Check point multiple times, I am capable of handling situation and solving the problems so police department can works smoothly.
Reason 2: I am able to improve all pd members performance by guiding and motivating them in right way and i will conduct meetings on every week with employees to improve police department. I will think multiple times and then take decisions and consider others opinion for improve coordination with employees, and I will give proper trainings because without good training we cant produce grate offiers, and i also know how am able to maintain relations with other leaders with peaceful. I have working continuously in pd from last 3 terms, I plan on taking a term make PD one of the active Organizations.
Reason 3: I will take example of my senior, ex leaders and curators and work like them as a role model then will put my full efforts anytime, anywhere and any field to improve myself and police department members effort. As a cheif of police I will consider all citizen and their issues and will try to solve all the problems of the city. I will conduct promotion ceremony to improve employe works as a motivation because I worked in pd from cadet to deputy cheif and gained more experience in pd. I will complete my term successful as my senior leaders.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
Advice 1: All should know state rules and ghetto rules to improve professionalism in police department, every pd members should follow the rules,Miranda right, Macros and fines it is mandatory. I will give training in both ic and discord to Improvevise better Role Play, and I will do Check point and Ghetto patrolling properly.
Advice 2: I will Boosting there energy to dedicate there works towards police department and giving bonus to encourage them for there efforts and hardworking. We will reduce the crime rate in the city and i will hiring good and knowledge citizens to improve police department in RP City.i will check pd employees doing regular work like patrolling and arresting correctly.
Advice 3: Discipline is important for a police Department regard this officers are trained to pd a good police officer. I will use proper radio code and I will chat properly in Organization chat and department chat to increase professionalism with other Organizations.
