Q.2 Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
= "I want to lead the police department because it is the backbone of maintaining law and order. A well-trained and disciplined force ensures the safety and security of the state and its citizens. I believe I have the leadership skills to elevate the department to the next level."
I. The police department has to be disciplined, properly structured, and respected highly. Follow the strict procedures, and the professionalism will be in all employees.
II. I have experience such as Commanding General In The Army, Deputy Minister in the Government, And Captain In The Police Department. I know how to manage a department, lead a team, and take responsibility at every level. During Saad Akbar Sir’s leadership, I got to learn a lot, and I understand very well how the PD works from the inside.
III. I’ve planned several events and even worked with other state departments on joint RP scenarios. I know exactly how we can make PD RP better and bring in new ideas that make the department more active.
IV. I don’t just want to run the PD like a duty — I want to build a team that treats every citizen equally and earns the trust of the city. I believe in discipline, professionalism, and showing results through actions, not just words.
Q.3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
I. To make sure the employees remain professional, strict discipline and ethical guidelines should be in place.
II. To assist new recruits in learning and growing, instruction should be provided.
III. Regular combat simulations with tactical operations and even scenario use in training will keep the employees ever-prepared against anything.
IV. I will provide a best training to new employees like how to handle a any situation, case and maintaining laws. My goal is to make every officer confident out in the field.
V. I’ll create special units within the department — like an investigation team, and a critical response squad. Each officer will be able to focus on what they’re good at and build expertise in specific roles. That’ll make the RP more active and structured.
VI. Under my command, a powerful and disciplined Police Department with great respect will be here to take shape. I would see to it that with high dedication and loyalty, laws and responsibilities required to protect the state and citizens would be maintained.
VII. I. Activities for improvement in skills and knowledge would be continued quite regularly. I would create a team for the selection of a few soldiers with many prestigious awards and certifications.
