- I’ve been part of the city for a while now and seen how PD works from inside and outside. I feel like I can improve things—make it more structured and fun at the same time.
- I do work as a Supervisor of Human Resources as a hc , so I know how to manage teams, handle internal issues, and keep things organized. That’s a big plus when leading PD and dealing with departments like Internal Affairs or HR.
-I want to make sure the PD isn’t just about arresting people. We’ll focus on real RP like ghetto patrolling, clearing checkpoints, and handling situations like professionals—not just pulling up and opening fire.

- Divide PD into proper departments like SWAT, Traffic enforcement, Internal Affairs, and HR, and give each team a clear role. Everyone should know what they’re doing.
- Do regular checkpoints, random ghetto patrols, and scene-based RP like vehicle stops.
- I will also make a training for all like how to catch suspect how to use teasers how to use Marcos and arrest prodecure
- Promote professionalism and clean RP. No toxic behavior, no power play. Just smooth and serious RP that makes both sides enjoy the interaction.
