° I want to become the leader of Police Department because I want to stop crimes and violences are happening in city.
° I want to make everyone Professional in RP and Helping everyone.
° I want my Highcommand like helping everyone and treating everyone equally and always be professional.

I will try my best and I will make all police employee happy and I hope I will make the Police Department most active organisations of this term.
I will always help my staff and teach them to help other like me. I will try to make my HR department best as it can possible.
I will do bonus system . I will inform my officers this day is bonus day and promotion ceremony i will set it every week. I will distribute bonus in a proper system. I will try my best to make Police Department most active organisations of this term.
