ER 1.4 doesn’t apply in ghetto areas.... And u are informing your COT members about our location which is acceptable I guess.... But what’s not acceptable is ur lack of FEAR RP.... We shot you 2–3 times to gave u a chance to escape but instead u are just casually roaming around like it’s a park...

(Not off topic): Where can u see written ghetto area first of all and second thing when did u stop Firing it was just u guys have poor aim ur bullet not hitting him. So, it's his luck not u guys have given him chance to run. And if I say he came to attend cot then why would he leave that area. He would enter in the zone. But he can't enter because of ur member killed him which is not even ghetto including u. So, u all should get punishment for DM rule break or we can say ER 1.4.
