As we can see at 6:01 timespan there member came inside and left the zone and didn't came back within 7 sec which is rule break CR 2.25

It's forbidden to go out of the zone.... Vipers are breaking CR 2.25 here
After Reviewing the Evidence I have decided to accept this complaint.
Los Nomadas will be penalized for CR 2.21
However
