1. Why do you want to become an assistant?
I want to become an assistant because I have spent a lot of time in this community and now feel confident in my understanding of how things work. When I was new to the server, I didn’t know how to use Discord, join organizations, or even interact properly. But over time, with the help of others—especially one Army officer who guided me—I learned everything and eventually became a high-ranking leader in multiple organizations, including Army and Government.
Now, I want to return that help by supporting other players who are new or confused. I know what it feels like to be lost, and I want to be the person who makes things clearer and more enjoyable for them. I also want to assist the staff team by helping with rule enforcement, responding to questions, and creating a better experience for everyone on the server.
2. What are your strengths?
My biggest strengths are my deep understanding of the rules, patience, and communication skills. I’ve been in many departments and leadership positions, which taught me how to guide others respectfully and effectively. I always stay calm in tense situations, which helps in resolving conflicts without creating more problems.
I’m also very active and dedicated, which means I’m usually available to help when someone needs assistance. I also enjoy teamwork and believe in treating every player fairly, whether they are experienced or just starting out.
3. What are your biggest weaknesses?
Sometimes I over focus on helping others, which can delay my own progress.
4. Is there any IRL problem that prevents you from being active at the moment?
No, I am fully active and available. If anything comes up, I’ll inform the team responsibly.
