I have extensive experience and high-level skills in various positions within organizations, , which has given me a solid foundation in leadership. I possess a deep understanding of how to effectively manage news production, and my proficiency in intermediate English ensures clear communication, minimizing errors or misunderstandings. To foster better communication and organization, I will implement weekly meetings and ensure that all members attend. Those who fail to do so will face consequences. I have the confidence and experience to manage the media department effectively, having worked in several media roles across different organizations. This is the ideal time for me to apply my skills, confidence, and knowledge in a leadership capacity.

I have honed my skills in managing media organizations by taking on hc roles in both state and gang-related groups. My experience allows me to handle media tasks efficiently, especially when working with a team. I will carefully review all logs posted by media members, and promotions will be based on performance.
