With utmost respect and humility, I am writing this forum post to bring two sincere concerns to your attention, both of which I trust will be reviewed fairly under your leadership.

1. Request for Review of Unjust Dual Punishment by Admin Deep Patell
On a recent occasion, I was punished for a Fail RP situation by Admin Deep Patell, and I fully accept that a mistake was made on my part. However, I would like to humbly point out that I received both 120 minutes of jail and 120 minutes of silence for a single rule violation.
As per the server’s general rules, the standard punishment for such a case should be between 120 to 180 minutes of jail only, and imposing both punishments together seems to exceed the appropriate limit.
I also wish to clarify that this was my first-ever punishment in the server. I have been a loyal and active player in this community for the past 6 months, and I’ve never broken any rules before. On the day of the incident, I was genuinely facing serious internet connectivity issues, and at 04:00 in-game time, my game even crashed.
Despite my challenges, I was active and responsibly waiting for a new recruit, Kai Ezekiel, at 10:01, to assist him with roles and onboarding—this can be verified via Discord logs.
Sir, I genuinely regret the incident and give you my honest assurance that I will never repeat such mistakes in the future. I kindly request you to please review the punishment and consider a fair reduction.

2. Sincere Appeal for a Fair Chance in Army Leadership Interviews
Sir, since 16th March (Thread No. 4890), I have been trying with full dedication to join the Army leadership. Unfortunately, my previous applications were rejected — once again on 23rd April (Thread No. 6254) — which I believe may have involved favoritism from Alpha Playz.
By your grace and fair judgment, the recruitment reopened this week, and I submitted my application once more (Thread No. 6560).
I respectfully request your kind support and permission to allow me to participate in the upcoming Army interviews. Leading the Army has been a long-standing goal of mine, and I promise to serve with responsibility, discipline, and integrity if given the chance.

3. Repeated Targeting and Provocation by Player Amntate Shufta
I would also like to bring to your kind notice the behavior of Amntate Shufta, who has been repeatedly provoking and targeting government employees:
At the very beginning of the POV, he performs unnecessary animations only to grab attention from on-duty government staff.
At timestamp 08:47, he openly says, “That sounds good and interesting for my next draft on government,” making it clear that his intent was not genuine RP but rather to find faults for personal agendas. The mistake is done by me but he clearly state that he will target government with this.
This kind of behavior provokes new or young players, who may unintentionally commit mistakes.
A targeting forum (Thread No. 6830) has already been filed against him. In that thread’s proof section, it is evident that he is threatening the government team, stating that he and his group will target government employees.
He regularly roams CH only to cause disruptions, also u can see in reply section of Thread No. 6797, and has been running protests against government factions not for RP, but to incite.
Such repeated targeting ruins the experience for many sincere government roleplayers. I humbly request strict action be considered against such harmful behavior.
