In the POV, the government officer in duty jumps over the Scanning machine 2-3 times. Which we can't say that he done this unintentionally. He done this more than 1 time which is intentionally.

(Not off topic): If I say know that u are targeting on gov and their members. Then what would u like to say. Ur all forums are getting rejected.

Our respected administration as we all know when a person continuously files complain against one org only and it gets rejected it's clearly targeting. So don't u think administration team that he/she should get punishment for this.

Note: I am not ordering u just telling as it is clear targeting because all forums against gov are being posted by him/her only and rest have no problem with gov. It's not possible. So I am requesting the administration to kindly take action against him/her. Thats all, thanks for reading.
