  1. The experience I have leading members has brought many improvements such as communication, responsibility, support, and brought back ethics to the team!
  2. The community needs a governor with dedication and activity and I can bring what community needs!
  3. The government will need a leader that can understand the community, understanding the concept of RP Grand, and improvement of the organization. I believe with my experience and knowledge I can offer that to this organization!

There are many ways I can improve RolePlay within the organization such as enhancing: Training, Communication, Decision Making, and adding dedicated members to the organization!
