Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization?
1. Leadership Skill
I have been serving in army from the 3 terms, and as a High Command I served in 2 terms. I was also BG of HR-T Department [1x] and also worked with gangs. So, these roles have been developed a leadership Skill under me and I understand the organisation function, it's recruitment process also capable to solve conflicts.
2. Descision making quality
I have also a desicion making quality that helps me to work easily and maintaining discipline and unity between our soilders. It also helps in taking appropriate descision at bad situation. It will also help in reducing time wastage.
3. Future Plans
I have a clear vision for the future of army. I will take regular trainings and sessions of soilders making them capable to handle any critical situation. I also make a clear chain of command that is easily understandable by all soilders and doing more things to make army more professional and realistic.
Your Advice for Improving Roleplay in the Organization:
Clear chain of command: Herichery chain of command that is easily understandable to all.
Regular Training Session: Regular training session makes soilder always busy and active capable to handle raids.
Professionalism: Improvement of Realism to enhance RP experience for all.
