2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
- As an old high command member of EMS I have plenty much of knowledge to guide a team of doctors and help the citizen to be fit and fine
- if I get an honorable opportunity to be the chief of EMS there will be lots of global event like health camp, other organisation member health checkup and more and there will be prices like promotion and bonus for the members who will attend the event regularly
- in my term I will focus to make the EMS 24/7 active by hiring night shift and day shift employees respectively and more to be the most active organisation
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
- There are some peak hours where Hospital is crowded for different events like business war or ammunition raids that time there will be 2 high command and 3 regular member available that time in the lobby
There will be freedom for the organisation members to change their schedule shift and as their performance they will get promotion and bonus respective
I will try my best to prevent the correction so that the purge members have faith in the organisation
