1) when I took first time in hospital I started from scratch i face lot's of problem's. Now I have more knowledge to handle upcoming issues.
2) how i know about hospital rp??
Last 2 year's i spending multiple hospitalised.
I take information from every doctor's advice and their opinion. So i took note from my real experience.
3) I understand the structure of hospital and I have more ideas to improve.

1. I get info low staffs and low ranks getting bored.
I planning daily patrolling for certain rank.
Regular salary system who standing in front desk every 30min or promotion or special benefits.
Special training sessions
Special interview for specific categories doctor.
