I have very much experience in organizations, specially in gangs, so I have experience managing teams in rp scenarios, making quick but fair decisions during both peaceful and heated conflicts. I know how to guide gang members, keep them motivated in events and any other situations, which is essential for leading a gang to success
2. Clear vision for growth
I want to build Los Nomadas into one of the most respected and powerful gang on the server. I have plans for organized events and recruitment system that will be essential to grow Los Nomadas and maintain a powerful presence in ghetto.
