1. Strong Leadership Experience: I have served as Liberty Underdeputy twice, Los Underdeputy twice, Inferno Underdeputy once and was part of Viper’s High Command. These roles have given me the necessary leadership, management, and combat experience required to lead effectively.
2. Proven Track Record: Under my involvement, Los Nomadas currently holds more territories than other gangs. I have a clear understanding of territory management and will work even harder to expand our dominance and secure all territories for the organization.
3. Commitment to Growth and Excellence: I am fully committed to leading the organization to greater heights. My focus will be on recruiting active members, organizing regular events, maintaining discipline, and ensuring our gang continues to grow in strength, numbers, dominance and respect.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization
If I become the leader of Los Nomadas, I will ensure that every rule is strictly followed, both OOC (Out of Character) and IC (In Character), including important rules like ER 1.4, NLR and ER 1.9.
I will introduce a structured punishment system for those who break rules, which will improve discipline and create more realistic RP situations.
I will also make sure that hostage situations, robberies, and other RP events happen regularly to maintain the feeling of a real-life environment and make the organization active and engaging.
