2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
1.I Want to be be the leader Because I Have More knowledge and experience Of multiple Organisation
Such as , Inferno and Liberty
In liberty I was deputy leader ,I learned a lot from the post of Deputy Leader and what is the help of a Leader, how does a Leader lead, I had a very good experience, so I decided that I want to become a successful leader
2.A leader has a lot of skills, knowledge and many other things and now I have all those things and I can lead a ghetto organization, I want to be in leadership, please give me a chance
3.You know that Ghetto organization is just like a family and handling it is a very small thing and I can do this thing and I had said earlier that I have been a deputy in an organization, the work of a deputy is also like that of a leader, whatever a leader does, a deputy also does the same.
4.I have a lot of knowledge about all the basic rules and whatever other code I produce, so if I get leadership then I will learn and do many new things and I promise that my term will be successful. And these leadership skills will help me in future to become an admin. I hope I get a chance to lead Los Lomados. I heartily request you to be the curator of Los Lomados.
3. Your advice for improving Role play
y in the organization.
1. I have seen many times that after an event people fire and kill citizens which is a routine. If I become a leader then I will pay attention to this thing.
2. And I have also noticed that the leader trainees and other new comers do not pay attention to them, then the rule gets broken and the issue arises about the leader, I will pay attention to it that no one breaks the rule.
3.And I will make the interviews easy for 2 to 3 days and then I will take hard in between so that only knowledgeable people can come so that nothing comes to the curator. Due to the mistake of us leaders, talk comes to the curator and wrong allegations are made. If I become a leader then I will pay attention to this too. And I will keep less roles so that management can be done easily. And I will organize a ceremony every week and will give promotion to good members and some bonus and a certificate so that they get motivated and work hard.
