When i was on duty one hc was standing in the lobby without any reason off duty i asked him many times but he didnt listened to me..... and showing me his id which indicates he is doing pg..... and again when i asked him he cuffed me two times without warning without any reason.... this is not fear he is unprofessional but in high command post
