• Previous Experience
I have previously served as a hospital leader twice and as a Deputy in 3 leadership Terms. So I know the hospital and its daily routine very well.
I have not only served as a leader, I have given many experienced high commands to this hospital.
• Incomparable goal
After a long break.. I got the position of deputy in the leadership of Boss Mafia. I could see that the current hospital staff was struggling to do all the things that I excelled at when I was a leader.
I will bring that wonderful hospital back.. that is my Incomparable goal
• To Make Experienced hospital - Employees
As a hospital leader, I will work hard to ensure the smooth running of the hospital by recruiting staff and ensuring their development.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
assign staff to all time zones and ensure that there are staff in the hospital lobby at all times.I will make it impossible to accuse you of not having people there again.
State inspection and city patrols need to be improved. We should give them our full attention, without passing them by casually as if they were a ordinary task.
Meetings should be held at least twice a week to listen to the grievances of the employees and make efforts to rectify them quickly.
