Additional information

1. Leader for...Los nomads

2.Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)

1. I have been an active and loyal member of Los Nomadas Namak for a long time. I understand the gang’s values, culture, and structure deeply. This experience gives me the insight needed to lead the team effectively while preserving its identity and traditions.

2. I’ve already proven myself as a capable leader through my previous contributions, both in organizing operations and helping fellow members grow. I can strategize well during turf wars, maintain discipline within the gang, and resolve conflicts quickly to keep the group strong and united.

3. My goal as a leader is to take Los Nomadas Namak to the next level. I want to expand our influence in the city, strengthen our alliances, and create more opportunities for our members to earn, enjoy, and dominate. I believe I can guide the gang toward long-term success with smart planning and solid teamwork.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization:

1. One of the biggest things that kills immersion in RP is when people break character. If you're playing a gang leader, act like one—talk with authority, take charge, and make tough decisions. If you're a street-level hustler, your attitude should reflect hustle and street smarts. Everyone in the org should understand their character's personality, background, and how they’d react in different situations.

2. If someone gets shot, they shouldn’t just walk it off—there should be pain RP, maybe even medical RP. If the police arrest someone, the fear, stress, or even defiance should come out in your behavior and voice. Use /me and /do commands creatively, use emotes, and actually act out the situation. Avoid talking OOC unless absolutely necessary, and never ruin a scene with troll behavior or meta. The goal is to make each scene feel like part of a living story, not just a game.
