1. As I have leadership skill I work most of org as high command and I work as high command in many org so I gain many skill and experience and I work in state org I see that most of people not bahiving like proffecinol so I try that hp employee be proffecinol in city and while working so it's make better rp for people.
2. My past experience in state org is 1× human resources in hp(HC) , 2× head of swat in police department (HC) 1×deputy minister in government (HC) 1×Agent in FBI , 2+head of ads department in media(HC) 1×deputy head of department in media(HC)
So I work as high command in hospital I know functions of hospital so for that I make best org in city
3. Hiring skilled and experienced people in hp because I know that hospital is most important org and I am strictly against of favoritism and nepotism if I see that hospital high command or deputy do favoritism that I punish them also so it make health environment in hospital

1. Regular meeting
Ig I get this term do I candut many meeting in between staff because we can see how our employees is working and they can not face any issues so we can make best team in hp
2. Combat training
I try that minimum 3 training in 1 weak and even people must join this training so that hospital employees can work without any issues and problems
3. Hospital events
I try that hospital workers fo many event with other organizations and with citizens
HOSPITAL FUTURE PLANS
1. Increase activity in making madecined
2. Increase activity in ambulance petroling
3. Appoint employees in all time zone 24×7
HOSPITAL DEPARTMENT
1. Feild training officer (FTO)
fto work is giving training to new employees
2. Human resources (HR)
Human resources work is taking interview for new people
3. Ambulance service (AS/GS)
The ambulance service department work is taking phone call from citizens and go for petroling
4. Medical department (MD/HS)
The medical department work is providing medicine for patients and citizens
5. Laboratory (LT)
The Laboratory department handle supply and production of medikits l.
