Now I Am Current Division Chief of Lab Technician. And I Am In HP From Alpha Mam's Team. As HR I Have Even Gone To State Inspection 5 To 6 Times In Many Organisations. Also Worked With Chief's And Deputy Chief's More.
Labe And Lobby Experience:
I Have Worked Too Much In The Labs When We Have A Shortage Of Medikites. And Also Teached Every Employees How To Work Properly In The Labs.
Also I Have Spend A Lot Of Time In The Lobby And Have Many Experience And Slover Many Situation.
My Next Goals In Hospital To Improve The Organisation:
