Hope you’re doing well. I just wanted to share something respectfully regarding my Army Leader application.
When I submitted my first application, I admit it wasn’t written with full effort — maybe I didn’t explain things properly, and I completely understand why Alpha Playz Mam rejected it. I truly respect her decision.
But after that, I worked hard and made a second application with full focus and effort. I explained everything clearly, added my experience, and made sure it looked like a proper leader’s application. I tried my best to improve based on the feedback.
I’m not saying Mam’s decision was wrong, but I had this small doubt in my heart — that’s why I’m opening this forum. I’ve served with honesty and passion in different roles, and I just want my second application to be reviewed once again based on the effort and dedication shown.
