I want to be Army Leader because:
Proven Leadership Experience.I’m someone who believes in leading by example. I’ve served in various leadership positions I held Major General in Army HRT, Colonel in Military Police, and Commander in Spec Ops. These roles gave me the opportunity to understand what it takes to lead with responsibility and discipline.
Dedication to Improvement. I’m genuinely committed to making the Army stronger. I have fresh ideas for bringing more structure and fun to the team, ensuring everyone feels involved.
Respect and Simplicity. I’m a straightforward guy who values respect above all. My leadership is about being clear, calm, and fair and I make sure everyone works together towards a common goal.

To make RP more engaging, we need to improve our structure. Every member should be clear on their role, and we must respect the rank system. Regular training, clear communication, and more exciting missions will keep the experience fresh. Additionally, collaborating with other factions will add variety and create better opportunities for teamwork.
