I would like to assume the mantle of Leader of the Army because I love the field of Army RP and have Best experience.
First, I hold the position of HR Colonel which makes me a manager in the Army RP world. I trained managers, conducted interviews, and promoted employees. I scripted new players so that they understood the rules and the workings of the RP. It was very basic leadership in a way.
Second, I served as Major General in the MP Department. I was in charge of numerous operations as well as maintaining discipline. I also handled a number of issues and worked with my team quite effectively.
Third, I have 3 term experience with Army related departments. Moreover I had engagement in PD and Gang, which gives me knowledge of how all divisions operate. This helps me manage an RP environment and there are minimal delays in solution realization.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
To improve RP in the Army, I will focus on teamwork and discipline. I will make sure everyone follows the proper chain of command. I will teach members how to use realistic callouts. I will do regular training for both new and old members. I will keep the environment fun and respectful, so everyone enjoys RP and learns together.
