Leadership Experience:
I have been part of the Army for a long time and understand how things work. I recently served as a Deputy General, where I led teams, handled decisions, and managed daily work. I also worked three terms as HR Director, which gave me experience in recruitment, solving problems, keeping discipline, and making sure the system runs smoothly.I was also Deputy Leaders in two major gangs, which helped to increase my leadership skills.
Main Goals and future plans:
My main goal is to make Army RP more serious and enjoyable. I will focus on regular training, mission planning, and better teamwork. Soldiers will learn how to act in different situations and follow clear steps. This will make RP feel more real and interesting.
Decision Making Skills:
Being a leader is not just about giving orders. It’s about improving the system. With teamwork, discipline, and planning, I believe I can bring big improvements to the Army. With my background in both Army and Gang leadership, I have a good understanding of how different Organisations work.
I will make sure that every soldier has a clear role and knows exactly what to do in any situation.

Clear rank system: A good structure where everyone knows their job and follows the chain of command.
