Q.2. why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (give three reasons with explanation).
I want to lead the Army because it is the backbone of national security. A well-trained and disciplined army ensures the safety of the state and citizens, also I believe I have the leadership skills to take it to the next level.
I. The Army has to be disciplined, properly structured, and respected highly. Follow the strict procedures, and the professionalism will be in all soldiers.
II. "I’ve given a lot of time to the army, and with my past experience as a Brigadier in the Rajput Assassin and under Ranja Sir’s term, I know how to handle situations—whether it’s leading a team, maintaining law, or keeping order.
III. I will conduct periodic training exercises so that the soldiers can take part in various scenarios such as raids, and special operations, and be combat-ready before all.
IV. It does take great individuals to make a strong army, but teamwork is equally vital. I'll place a lot of emphasis on teamwork.
Q.3. What is your advice for improving roleplay in the organization?
I. Regular combat simulations with tactical operations and even scenario use in training will keep the soldiers ever-prepared against anything.
II. To make sure the soldiers remain professional, strict discipline and ethical guidelines should be in place.
III. To assist new recruits in learning and growing, instruction should be provided.
IV. The cooperation with other organizations will greatly develop coordination and general experience.
V. Under my command, a powerful and disciplined Army with great respect will be here to take shape. I would see to it that with high dedication and loyalty, laws and responsibilities required to protect the state and citizens would be maintained.
VI. I. Activities for improvement in skills and knowledge would be continued quite regularly. I would create a team for the selection of a few soldiers with many prestigious awards and certifications.
