Additional information
1. Leader for Army Organization ( National Guard )
2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization?
1• Sir / Mam Firstly Its gives the opportunity to serve one's country with honor and purpose. This sense of duty and service, along with the camaraderie built with fellow soldiers, can create a strong sense of belonging and a feeling of being part of something larger than oneself
2• I would too inspire and guide soldiers to accomplish the mission while also prioritizing their well-being and development. Authentic leadership, characterized by integrity, competence, and selflessness, fosters trust and a shared commitment to success. This approach allows leaders to effectively navigate challenges, build cohesive teams, and ultimately achieve the objectives of the Army.
3• As for the main reason to be leader of Army (NG) is i had worked as ex lt of army and ig i particularly know every structure of army to be well disciplined cuz the military instills a sense of discipline, responsibility, and teamwork. As in irl im too at LEO , Lions Club , UN etc so im well train to leader's methods, characteristics, and behaviors when directing, motivating, and managing my teams.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
• To improve role-playing in an army organization, focus on creating realistic scenarios, providing thorough preparation time, allowing for feedback and re-runs, and rotating roles to foster versatility and skill development. Additionally, consider assigning roles based on strengths and weaknesses, and make the scenarios challenging to enhance learning . Basically i would make a small structure for that :
1. Realistic Scenarios: Develop scenarios based on actual challenges and situations faced by army personnel.
2. Preparation and Feedback rovide participants with adequate time to understand the scenario, develop strategies, and anticipate potential outcomes.
3. Role Rotation and Versatility: Consider using strengths and weaknesses when assigning roles to foster growth and address areas needing
4. Skill Focus: Role-playing is an excellent way to practice clear and effective communication, especially in challenging situations.
5. Creating a Safe and Effective Environment : Ensure participants feel comfortable taking risks and making mistakes without fear of judgment.
Thankyou ,
Best Regards :
