‎Q.2:-why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (give three reasons with explanation).

‎1.First of all, I believe in my ability to lead. I will lead teams before and always made sure everyone felt heard and respected. I know how to make smart decisions quickly, especially when it matters most. My goal is to lead in a way that’s fair but also firm, always thinking about what’s best for the group.

‎2.Second, I want to build strong bonds within the group. A good roleplay gang is like a family, and I want every member to feel welcome and part of something bigger. I believe that when people get along and support each other, the group becomes stronger and more fun to be in. I’ll work hard to make sure no problems inside the group tear us apart, at least during the time we’re together.

‎3. I want to leave behind something great. My vision for LOS NOMADAS gang is bigger than just short-term goals. I want us to become one of the strongest and most respected gangs in the whole community. With smart planning, active events, and solid teamwork, I believe we can reach that level and inspire others too.

‎Q.3. What is your advice for improving roleplay in the organization?

‎1.One good way to improve roleplay is by using experienced members to train new ones. Things like shooting practice and other skills can really help the team perform better and feel more confident.

‎2 .Another idea is to create cool and interesting storylines. If every member has a role to play, they’ll stay more involved and excited. Whether it’s about turf wars, COT,PF'S or missions, having a great fun.It’s also important to pick a strong high command. Leaders like a good deputy, event heads, and coordinators help everything run smoothly. That way, no one feels too stressed or lost, and tasks are handled well.

‎4.I believe in giving everyone a chance to grow. Every member should have the opportunity to learn, improve, and show what they can do. This not only helps them, but all feel fun together.
