Ex.1 I want to be leader of this specific org because I have long history in rp grand + I have good experience in it . Basically I am from Grand rp . And I have good experience in it . I want to be leader of vipers because this org is the one who have a good past history . And yeah I wanna have a experience to lead a term .
Ex.2 I have a good past experiences in gangs. I was about to become a leader of Los nomadas but somehow it went wrong . I was deputy of Los nomadas once also . And now I want to experience leadership and taste the leadership a bit
Ex.3 if I get the term i will surely make the rp into next level . I will try to do hostage situations . Store robberies etc things . I will make the rp of gangs into best . And the most important thing seeking maturity and good people's into organization. I will hire best experienced and matured people's into my organization. So that my term can go smoothly

organization
: my advise is simple we have to improve the rp between respective colleagues. Talking in a good way putting rp in every thing would be best to improve rp . Suppose someone is putting their hands up we can say that we having pain in hand except we say that our game is lagging or etc etc . So these are against rp these are the most irrelevant thing to destroy the rp enviorement
