Additional information

1. Leader for...

1. Vipers.

2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)

1. I want to be the leader of the Vipers gang because I see great potential in this organization to become one of the most respected and feared gangs in the city. With the right leadership, I believe Vipers can rise above other gangs in both power and influence. I have a clear vision of where I want to take this group — turning it into a tightly structured, highly disciplined organization that doesn’t just act on impulse but makes smart, calculated moves. I believe in the power of loyalty and brotherhood, and I want to build that strong foundation within the gang, where every member has a purpose, a role, and a sense of pride in being part of the Vipers.

2. I want to lead the Vipers is to bring structure and order to the gang. Right now, many gangs fall apart because of poor management and lack of discipline. I want to change that. My plan is to add strict rules for all members, including codes of conduct, chain of command, and consequences for disobedience. This will help us avoid unnecessary chaos and make sure everyone respects the leadership and each other. With clear expectations and strong leadership, the Vipers will be more organized and efficient — whether it’s in planning heists, defending our turf, or handling negotiations.

3. I’m fully committed to improving the Vipers gang in every way possible. That includes recruiting loyal and skilled members, training them properly, and making sure we work as a family. I’ll make it my responsibility to manage every member — ensuring everyone pulls their weight and stays focused on our goals. I’ll also introduce rank systems, regular meetings, and assigned tasks to keep the gang active and progressing. This gang has the potential to dominate the streets, and with me as leader, I’ll make sure the Vipers are respected, feared, and never underestimated.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.

1. My advice for improving RolePlay in the Vipers gang starts with creating a unique gang identity that sets us apart from every other group. We need our own slang, behavior, dress code, and attitude — something that makes people instantly recognize a Viper just by the way we move and talk. This creates immersion not just for us, but for other players interacting with us. If every member understands our gang’s culture and carries it in every interaction, it’ll feel authentic and powerful. This helps build our rep in the city without having to say too much — our presence alone should speak for us.

2. Another big thing is pushing for more quality RP scenarios instead of just shootouts or quick robberies. I’d encourage the Vipers to get involved in more story-driven situations: setting up deals, running underground businesses, forming alliances or rivalries, and having consequences that carry weight. For example, if a member messes up, we don’t just ignore it — we handle it in-character with a proper sit-down or punishment RP. This not only creates memorable moments, but also makes every action matter, which is what real gang RP is about.

3. I also want to improve how we interact with civilians and other gangs. Too often, gang RP turns into just flexing and starting shootouts. Instead, we should use intimidation, manipulation, negotiation, and strategy. For instance, if we want to take over a corner, maybe we offer protection first, then slowly take control. This kind of RP builds tension and adds depth. I’d push the Vipers to move smarter, talk more, and shoot only when needed. This way, we stay true to being gangsters — not just gunmen.

4. I’d bring in training sessions and RP workshops within the gang. Not to make it too serious, but to help newer members or people who are still finding their RP style. We can host in-character meetings where we talk about the gang’s vision, tactics, and even do mock scenarios. This keeps everyone active and engaged while sharpening their RP. My goal is to make Vipers known not just for being tough, but for having some of the best gang RP in the city — organized, immersive, and unforgettable.

Thank you
Your faithfully
Hamid Latif
