1. I have worked in the Police Department (PD) for a long time, starting from Term 1 all the way through Term 7. During this time, I held high-ranking positions, including Commissioner and Manager of the SWAT Division. My dedication and leadership have been recognized by all the Chiefs I served under — some even recommended me for a certificate of appreciation from President Jannodi during his term. I have trained a large number of officers, many of whom still reach out to thank me for the quality and professionalism of the training they received.
2. As I aim to become Chief in Term 8, it is important for me to showcase the deep experience I have within the PD. My long service and leadership have prepared me to complete my tenure in the most effective way possible. I am confident that throughout my time in law enforcement, I have made a positive impact and helped many citizens.
3. I also want to make it clear to all RP players and members of legal organizations that I am the only player who has served in the PD for 7 full terms. With this experience and dedication, I firmly believe I am fully qualified to run for the position of Chief.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
If I am elected to this position, I will begin by making decisions that will truly satisfy and benefit all our citizens. One of my first actions will be to reinstate the most experienced former police officers—those who have shown dedication and strong leadership to the roles they rightfully deserve. Each player will be assigned based on merit to key positions such as Deputy Chief and Division Managers.
I will appoint four Division Managers to lead the following divisions:
1. SWAT Division
2. Traffic Enforcement Division
3. Internal Affairs Division
4. Human Resources Division
Each manager will be carefully selected based on their qualifications, experience, and dedication to the PD. They will be responsible for executing their division’s roles while maintaining the PD's chain of command.
Furthermore, I will appoint professional, well-trained high command officers who possess advanced knowledge and skills. These individuals will provide top-level training, producing highly capable officers who are well-prepared to handle any situation. I will personally oversee checkpoint patrols and ghetto patrols, both of which I have led successfully many times in the past.
