Hospital organisation2. Why i want to be the Leader of this HP organization?
i) I have experience before I was former HP Deputy so I already know how hospital system works. I helped in managing the team and also in training new members so I think I can handle the leader role good..
ii) I enjoy medical RP:
I always liked doing hospital roleplay, it makes server more realistic and fun. As a leader I want to bring more serious and quality RP to the hospital side.. not just revive and go...
iii) . I like to work with people:
I’m good at working with team I try to keep positive vibes and help others when they need. I want to make hospital team more active and friendly for everyone who joins..
3. My advice for improving RolePlay in the hp organization:
i) We should do more RP trainings and small events ,, so people get used to medical RP.
ii) Make a basic guide for new players so they know what to do in hospital.
iii) Try to make RP more serious like writing reports checking vitals not just quick revive and done...
