2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organisation? (Give three reasons with explanation):-
Reason 1 :- I want to become a Leader of this specific organisation because in the last term I was join the PD as a DHOD and I have a good knowledge of the rules and I am an experience member of PD and I also done many ghetto petrolling check points.
Reason 2 :- I have a lot of experience in the "RP Grand Mobile" from 7-8 months when it starts and I have a good qualities to work with our team as a friend and I know how to communicate with every type of person because in last term I am a DHOD of HR in PD.and I am also work in fib and army both as a "assistant senior officers" and "commander of hurt"
Reason 3 :- I have good qualities to become a leader because I can handled all the situation very easily and I calm in any situation. In every field I gave my best, I have a good communication skill also So, I communicate with every person in a polite language and I can do this in any situation, I have a polite behaviour with our juniors due to this he was comfortable to communicate with me easily.
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay in the organisation.
Advice 1 :- I give the good training to the trainers that increase the Roleplay and me can do ghetto petrolling and check points every day to increase the Roleplay and also give the trainings to the joiners in IC its also improve the Roleplay.
Advice 2 :- I will conduct twice meeting in a week for all the PD employees and take his doubts and also see that employees and highcommand will do our work properly and follow all the rules and regulations of PD its also improve the Roleplay.
Advice 3 :- I give the best training to the PD members due to this we give our best to arrest the criminals. And train our PD members to communicate in a professional way and shows our polite behaviour it will also improve the Roleplay.
Advice 4 :- we can make a weekly certificate channel to the PD employees in which the best employee of the week is choose which depend on his work,behaviour,discipline and time which he gives in ic or ooc after all we can give him a certificate.
